The problem

Why your articles amendment is blocked at the last step

When signing the PDF summary of your amendment, the INPI Guichet Unique rejects signatures that are not eIDAS qualified — and it's rarely clear when you're not a specialist.

Advanced signature rejected

Adobe, basic DocuSign, or even some "advanced" certificates are not enough. The INPI automatically rejects if the level is not qualified.

FranceConnect+ doesn't work

Blank page, orange banner, reload loop… FranceConnect+ regularly fails on the INPI. Our solution bypasses it entirely.

Tight legal deadline

An articles amendment must be filed within one month of the AGM. Every day spent figuring out how to sign = potential penalties.

How it works

Frequently asked questions

INPI articles amendment: everything you need to know

What signature level is required for an INPI articles amendment?+
The Guichet Unique requires an eIDAS qualified electronic signature for all articles amendments: change of director, registered office transfer, capital increase/decrease, company name change, business purpose modification, change of legal form. A simple or non-qualified advanced signature is automatically rejected.
How long does it take to sign the amendment summary?+
2 to 5 minutes total: PDF summary upload (the non-modifiable document the Guichet Unique generated), signer form, secure payment, identity verification by ID photo and SMS code, qualified signature applied. You receive the signed summary by email immediately, ready to be re-uploaded on the Guichet Unique.
My amendment summary is rejected by the Guichet Unique, why?+
The INPI portal automatically checks the signature level applied. A simple signature (Adobe Reader, scan), or advanced but non-qualified, is rejected immediately. Only an eIDAS qualified electronic signature, issued by a provider listed on the EU Trust List, is accepted for articles amendments.
Can I sign an articles amendment without FranceConnect+?+
Yes. Our service is a complete alternative to FranceConnect+. You don't need La Poste digital identity or FranceConnect+. We apply the eIDAS qualified signature directly on your PDF summary. Particularly useful when FranceConnect+ fails (blank page, loop, orange banner).
How much does it cost to sign the articles amendment summary?+
The price is displayed at payment, after uploading your summary. One-time payment, no subscription, no hidden fees. The expert callback is free and without commitment.
