The problem

Why thousands of entrepreneurs
are blocked on the INPI

The French INPI portal requires an eIDAS qualified electronic signature — the highest level. A blockage almost always discovered at the very last step.

INPI summary rejected

You signed your summary, but the Guichet Unique rejects it. A non-qualified advanced signature is not accepted — you need an eIDAS qualified signature.

FranceConnect+ doesn't work

Blank page, orange banner, reload loop… FranceConnect+ regularly fails on the INPI, especially during peak hours. Our solution bypasses FranceConnect+ entirely.

Imminent INPI deadline

Your formality has a legal deadline. Every day spent figuring out how to sign costs you time, stress, and potentially penalties.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

Answers to the most-searched questions about signing the INPI summary.

How do I sign the INPI summary on the Guichet Unique?
The Guichet Unique (INPI) generates a PDF summary at the end of each formality. For amendment, cessation or annual accounts filings, this document must be signed with an eIDAS qualified electronic signature. With SignerSynthèse.fr, you upload your summary, fill in your details, pay, and receive the signed summary by email in 2 minutes — ready to be re-uploaded on the Guichet Unique.
Why was my INPI summary rejected?
The Guichet Unique automatically checks the signature level on your PDF summary. A simple signature (Adobe Reader, scan) or a non-qualified advanced signature is rejected immediately. Only an eIDAS qualified electronic signature, issued by a provider listed on the European Trust List (EU Trust List), is accepted for amendments, cessations, and annual accounts.
FranceConnect+ doesn't work for signing my INPI summary, what should I do?
FranceConnect+ regularly fails on the INPI: blank page after authentication, orange banner with no message, reload loop. Failures are particularly frequent between 9am and noon. Our service is a complete alternative to FranceConnect+: we apply an eIDAS qualified signature on your INPI summary without going through FranceConnect, in 2 minutes, 7 days a week.
What is the difference between an advanced and a qualified signature for the INPI?
The advanced signature guarantees the signer's identity and document integrity, but without a certificate issued by a qualified provider. The eIDAS qualified signature adds a certificate issued by a provider recognised on the European Trust List (EU Trust List) — it's the highest legal level, and the only one accepted by the INPI for amendment, cessation, and annual accounts filings.
How long does it take to sign the INPI summary?
The complete journey (uploading the PDF summary, form, payment, photo and SMS-based identity verification, signature) takes on average 2 to 5 minutes. The signed summary is sent to you by email immediately afterwards — all you need to do is re-upload it on the Guichet Unique.
Which INPI formalities require a qualified signature on the summary?
All formalities filed via the INPI Guichet Unique on the PDF summary: amendment of articles of association (change of director, registered office, share capital, company name), business cessation, annual accounts filing, trademark filing, patent filing, as well as company formations with in-kind contributions, complex bylaws, or in case of FranceConnect+ failure.
What is the price to sign an INPI summary?
The price is displayed at payment, after uploading your document. One-time payment, no subscription, no hidden fees. The expert callback remains free and without commitment.
Are you listed on the EU Trust List?
Yes. Our Qualified Trust Service Provider is Cryptolog International (Universign, by Signaturit Group), listed on the EU Trust List — the European Trust List maintained by the European Commission and ANSSI. This guarantees that your qualified signature will be accepted by the INPI Guichet Unique 100% of the time.
What ID do I need to sign?
Three types of valid documents are accepted: national identity card (EU/EEA), passport (EU, EEA and most third countries — UK, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan…), or residence permit in valid currency for non-EU nationals residing in Europe. The document must be presented front and back, legible, with a photograph allowing identification. Driving licences and family record books are not accepted. Verification carried out by our Universign provider via its ANSSI-certified PVID journey. Full details in our Terms — Article 7.
