These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "the Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Securit Expert SAS (hereinafter "the Provider") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") who uses the SignerSynthèse.fr service to apply an eIDAS qualified electronic signature on a PDF document for INPI formalities.
Validation of an order by the Customer constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 — Description of the service
SignerSynthèse.fr offers an eIDAS qualified electronic signature service (Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 910/2014) on PDF summary documents generated by the French INPI Guichet Unique. Article 4 — Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, an authorised payment institution. Accepted means of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. The payment is secured by SSL/TLS encryption and 3D Secure authentication.

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and the performance of which has begun with the consumer's prior express agreement.
By validating their order, the Customer expressly requests the immediate execution of the service and acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal once the signature has been applied to the document.
Article 7 — Identity documents accepted
For identity verification, the following documents are accepted, provided they are valid:
- National identity card (EU/EEA)

Article 8 — Limitation of liability
The Provider undertakes to use its best efforts to perform the service. The Customer acknowledges that the Provider has no control over the INPI Guichet Unique portal and cannot be held liable for blockages, rejections or technical anomalies of the INPI portal that are independent of the qualified signature applied.
The signed document is technically valid (eIDAS qualified) and recognised by the EU Trust List. In the event the INPI rejects a document signed by SignerSynthèse.fr for a reason attributable to the qualified signature itself, the Provider undertakes to refund the order in full.
