What signature level is required for an INPI trademark filing?+

The INPI requires an eIDAS qualified electronic signature for all trademark filings (verbal mark, figurative, logo, slogan, complex). A simple or advanced non-qualified signature is automatically rejected.

Does my filing cover the whole EU?+

An INPI filing covers France only. For EU coverage, file a European Union trademark with the EUIPO. For international coverage, use the Madrid Protocol via WIPO. We handle the INPI part of the journey.

How long does it take to sign the filing summary?+

2 to 5 minutes total: upload, signer form, payment, photo+SMS identity verification, qualified signature applied. Signed summary delivered by email immediately.

My filing summary is rejected, why?+

The Guichet Unique automatically checks the signature level. Only an eIDAS qualified signature from a provider listed on the EU Trust List is accepted.
